- Administer, operate, and maintain your Hey Hiro! and Ommpo Health memberships;
- Process monthly recurring payments and issue cash reimbursements;
- Facilitate 24/7 virtual telehealth triage and human Care Navigator advocacy services;

- Communicate platform updates, administrative alerts, and promotional announcements;
- Improve service performance, app UX, and actuarial platform models.
